Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used products, perishable goods including vape cartridges and edibles, final sale or promotional items, and products purchased through third-party retailers are not eligible for return or refund. Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
